About the stages
Six stages, zero fairy tales.
The full journey — including its hardest chapter — is mapped in the 8 stages guide, and the one everyone asks about is covered honestly in separation & reunion.
What does this twin flame test measure? +
It maps your answers across the six classical stages of the twin flame journey — recognition, testing, crisis, runner-chaser, surrender and union — and shows which stage currently dominates your connection, with a breakdown bar for every stage so you can see where the energy actually sits.
Can a test really tell me if someone is my twin flame? +
No test can, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling certainty that doesn't exist. What this test does is more useful: it shows you which phase of the journey your experience most resembles, so you can read the right guidance for where you actually are — instead of applying union advice to a separation season.
What is the runner-chaser stage? +
The most famous phase: one partner (the runner) pulls away from the intensity while the other (the chaser) pursues. The roles typically switch at least once. It ends not when the runner is caught, but when the chaser surrenders the chase and turns that energy toward their own growth.
How long does the whole journey take? +
There is no fixed timeline — weeks to years. What the stages model suggests: progress isn't linear time, it's depth. People who do the inner work during separation tend to move through stages faster than people who wait for the other person to change.
